1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of primehomebuyers.casa (the "Site") and your communications with PrimeHome Buyers, a trading name of Proptech AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this Site.
2. What we do — and what we are not
We are a private buyer of residential real estate. We purchase properties for our own account.
We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not represent you. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or loan servicer, and we do not arrange loans. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial adviser.
Nothing on this Site or in our communications is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Selling your home is a significant decision and you should get independent advice from your own attorney, accountant, or agent before agreeing to anything.
3. No offer, no obligation
Nothing on this Site is an offer to purchase any property. Any number we discuss with you before a signed written agreement is an estimate and is not binding on either of us. We may decline to make an offer on any property for any lawful reason.
Submitting the form does not obligate you to sell, and does not obligate us to buy. A sale only becomes binding when both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
4. The information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that the phone number you provide is one you own or are authorised to use, and that you have the authority to discuss the property you are asking us about.
Please do not submit anyone else's phone number. If you enter a number that is not yours, you are the one giving consent for a person who did not agree to be contacted, and we may not be able to reach the person you intended.
How we handle what you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Text message terms
These terms apply to our SMS/text programme. By ticking the consent box on our form, or by texting us first, you agree to them.
- Programme description. Customer care and follow-up messages about a property enquiry you made with PrimeHome Buyers. This is a two-way conversation with a member of our team, not an automated broadcast list.
- Sender. Text messages come from PrimeHome Buyers on 312-638-0895. Our voice line is 307-441-5766.
- Consent is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale, and not a condition of receiving an offer from us.
- Message frequency. Varies. We text in response to your enquiry and as a conversation requires.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
- To stop. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. You may also use our opt-out form or call us.
- To rejoin. Reply START at any time.
- For help. Reply HELP, or contact us by text on 312-638-0895, by phone on 307-441-5766, or at support@primehomebuyers.casa.
- Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Number changes. If you give up or change your mobile number, please tell us, so we do not text someone who never asked to hear from us.
6. Calls and recording
If you give us your phone number and consent, we may call you about your enquiry, including with an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded voice. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us on a call, replying STOP to a text, or contacting us. We may record calls as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or automated form entries.
- Submit another person's contact details without their permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or our systems.
- Scrape, copy, or reuse the Site's content for a competing service.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Our content
The Site's text, layout, and branding are owned by Proptech AI LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use in dealing with us. You may not otherwise reproduce or republish them without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any estimate or information on it is accurate or complete.
Property values, timelines, and any figures discussed depend on facts specific to your property that we may not know. They are estimates, not guarantees.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proptech AI LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or your communications with us, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site and these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proptech AI LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of a phone number or personal details belonging to someone else without their permission.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you and we each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If we change the text message terms in a way that affects what you agreed to, we will ask for your consent again rather than applying it retroactively.
